The deadline to file a Claim Form is March 2, 2026. In order to file a claim online, you must use the Class Member Identification Number and PIN included on the Notice emailed or mailed to you.
If you do not have the Class Member Identification Number and PIN and believe that you are a member of the Settlement Class, contact the Settlement Administrator, RG/2 Claims Administration at 1 (866) 742-4955 or DeltaVPPA@rg2claims.com.
You may also print and mail the Claim Form so that it is postmarked by March 2, 2026.
